Marina Colonna remembered her father infusing their EVOO with lemons. So, when she inherited the estate, she started infusing her EVOO with different ingredients, including oranges. Oranges are added to the crushing of the olives to make it a true, natural infusion. It is a golden yellow with the warm perfume of oranges.
This orange infused EVOO is ideal for marinating raw fish, as a dressing for exotic salads, on grilled fish and summer pasta dishes as well as in the preparation of game and other strong flavored meats. And don’t forget to use it when making biscuits and cakes!

Meet The Makers
Marina Colonna inherited her father's Molise-based 55 hectare olive farm in 1996. Growing up, her father always pressed the olives with the rinds of their organic lemons to produce a true infused Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Marina continued that practice with many ingredients.
