Ingredients for 6:
- 180 gr/6.34 oz flour
- 70 gr/2.46 oz sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 ml/5.07 oz Arancio oil/Mandarino oil
Mix the eggs with the sugar and add the oil and the flour. Form small balls and flatten them gently. Make a little dent in the top and fill with marmalade before baking.
Bake for about 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180°.
