Ingredients for 4:
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 5 radicchio leaves
- 15 “MiteVerde” green olives
- 1 fennel bulb
- 2 carrots
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- Mandarino oil, salt
Wash the lettuce and radicchio leaves, dry them and cut into strips.
Slice the olives and cut the fennel into pieces.
Scrape the carrots and cut them into strips or julienne, cut the tomatoes in half and mix all the ingredients together, add salt to taste and lastly dress with Mandarino oil.
