Ingredients for 4:
Wash the lettuce and radicchio leaves, dry them and cut into strips. Set aside.
Chop all other vegetables: Slice the olives in half, remove the core from the fennel and cut into slices, peel the carrots and cut them into strips or julienne, and halve the tomatoes. Mix all lettuces and vegetables together, and add salt to taste.
Lastly, dress with Marina Colonna Infused EVOO.
