Ingredients:
- 8 Pork Baby Back Ribs
- 4 tablespoons of Colonna Chile Infused EVOO
- 4 cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Fresh Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Allspice (optional)
- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh Pepper to taste
- 4 Tablespoons BBQ Glaze
Instructions:
Combine first 8 ingredients and rub over Ribs. Refrigerate minimum of 3 hours up to 20.
Preheat oven to 400
Place ribs in roasting pan with 1/2 cup water and cover tightly with foil
Roast for 1.5-2 hours.
Remove pan from oven and add pan drippings to BBQ Glaze
Prepare Grill for direct cooking (medium-high)
Brush Glaze mixture over ribs while cooking (approx 5 min on each side) or until lightly charred.
Brush remaining Glaze over ribs and serve!
Drizzle additional BBQ Glaze over finished plate if desired!
