Ingredients:

  • 8 Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • 4 tablespoons of Colonna Chile Infused EVOO
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice (optional)
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Fresh Pepper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons BBQ Glaze

Instructions:

Combine first 8 ingredients and rub over Ribs. Refrigerate minimum of 3 hours up to 20.

Preheat oven to 400

Place ribs in roasting pan with 1/2 cup water and cover tightly with foil

Roast for 1.5-2 hours.

Remove pan from oven and add pan drippings to BBQ Glaze

Prepare Grill for direct cooking (medium-high)

Brush Glaze mixture over ribs while cooking (approx 5 min on each side) or until lightly charred.

Brush remaining Glaze over ribs and serve!

Drizzle additional BBQ Glaze over finished plate if desired!
