The REALE 1-year Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP "Classico" is made of 30% cooked grape must and 70% wine vinegar. Our expression is a true 100% natural vinegar aged a minimum of 1 year. This perfectly balanced sweet-and-sour condiment is our base level Balsamic Vinegar to use in cooking and creating sauces, dressings or dips.
REALE 4 Year White Balsamic Vinegar is made exclusively from Trebbiano grapes and aged 4 years in oak barrels. It has an amber color typical of White Vinegar, so will not alter the color of dishes. Expect plenty of flavor! It is pleasantly fruity and mildly acidic on the palate.
