Tuna fillet salad with Colonna granverde oil

Ingredients for 4:

  • 7 oz lettuce
  • 14,11 oz fresh tuna fillet
  • Granverde oil
  • 2 tbs Vinagro
  • 1 tsp soya, basil, mint, thyme, sesame seeds, salt and pepper


Marinate the tuna fillet in ½ glass Granverde oil for about 5 minutes.

Add the vinegar, soya, basil, mint, parsley, thyme and salt.

Grill for about one minute on each side so that the tuna is still raw in the middle.

Slice lengthways, arrange on a serving dish, placing some lettuce in the centre and the slices of tuna fanning out from this in a star shape.

Salt to taste and add the marinade. Dress with a fresh drop of Granverde and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
