Chickpea flour bread with Colonna tulsi oil

Ingredients for 6:

  • 17,65 oz chickpea flour
  • 4 spoons of Tulsi oil
  • 1 lt water, salt, rosemary, black pepper.

Instructions:

Place the flour and water in a bowl and mix well so that there are no lumps, add a handful of rosemary and leave to rest for about an hour.

Add the oil, salt and pepper and put the mixture in a baking tray 1cm thick.

Bake in a preheated oven (200° C) for about 20 minutes and serve hot or cold, alone or together with sauces, sliced salami or cheese.
