Saba is a very sweet condiment, made of cooked grape must only. Instead of the product being placed in wood barrels after cooking, Saba is cooked until it has reduced by two-thirds to give it a creamy syrupy texture. It is ready for consumption and is not aged like Balsamic Vinegar.
Use Saba as a natural sweetener for cheese, desserts and cocktails.
