ITALICO EVOO is produced by Agraria Riva del Garda on the northern shore of Lake Garda in northern Italy. ITALICO is a blend of three high quality olive varieties – mostly Frantoio and Leccino olives. This medium-bodied oil has a delightful, clean flavor with a slight peppery aftertaste. It is best used for cooking and is considered a staple EVOO in the Lake Garda region. Locals have been growing superior olives in this area for over 2,000 years. The “Lake Effects” brings warmer winds, creating a micro climate in which olives thrive!
