- Chickpea flour
- Mustard oil
Mix the flour with the milk and stock, blend for a few minutes to get a smooth, creamy texture with no lumps. Salt to taste. Add more liquid according to preference.
Toast some country style bread and rub with fresh rosemary, pour a spoonful of chickpea cream over, and drizzle a little Mustard oil over before serving.
