Ingredients:
- 8 cups of Fresh Mixed Greens
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Sliced Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Blueberries
- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- About 1/4 cup of Colona EVOO infused with Mandarin (C0901)
- REALE White Vinegar Spray (R2510)
- Pistachio, Walnut or Pecan to Garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Toss mixed greens with Colona EVOO infused with Mandarin.
Spray mixture liberally with REALE White Vinegar Spray.
Toss a bit more, then top salad with Strawberry, Blueberry and Goat Cheese.
Garnish with Pistachio, Walnut or Pecan.
Voila! All done in minutes: no mess, no cleanup!
