Ingredients for 2:
- 150 gr (about 5,3 oz) cous cous
- 10 semi-dried tomatoes
- 40 gr (about 1,4 oz) mature ricotta
- 1 little Granverde oil
- 5-6 capers, salt
- a pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Boil the water for the cous cous and add a little salt.
Place the cous cous in a bowl and pour the boiled water over it, cover for a few minutes.
Mix the cous cous with the other ingredients and dress with Granverde oil to give it a fresh flavour.
