Ingredients for 4:

  • 250 gr/ 8.8 oz peeled almonds
  • 200 gr/ 7.05 oz sugar
  • 130 ml/4.4 oz Granverde oil
  • 5 eggs
  • The peel of one lemon


Mince the almonds with the sugar.

Separately, put the yolks in a bowl and whip until the mixture becomes foamy and, while mixing well, add the almonds with the sugar, the Lemon (Granverde) oil and finally the egg whites that have been beaten stiff.

Pour the mixture into a round mould (26 cm) and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°. Serve at room temperature, topped with icing sugar and roughly grated lemon peel.
