Then the authors provide 9 chapters, with each having a section on Instant Pot recipes and, separately, Air Fryer recipes. They offer ideas right from breakfast to dessert. As you may imagine, the recipes are approachable and use readily available ingredients. They specify the machine, the cook type (for example, sauté), and the number of servings it yields along with prep time and cook time. This is a 2020 hardback in very good condition.
