This community cookbook dates back to 1994. As was typical, the folks who donated recipes are identified. My personal favorite is the recipe for Mother’s Vegetable Soup, where the first ingredient is ground beef. The recipes are in course order from appetizers to sweets with a Kids Only section and a Friends of Westminster chapter, where the donors are local caterers, restaurants and the country club. Spiral bound and in excellent condition.
