To that end, this book contains nearly 100 soup and stew recipes. To assist with planning the recipes are divided into meat and poultry based, bean and grain based, vegetable and fruit based, and fish and seafood based. While some ingredients may be unfamiliar, the author does include a page of source suggestions. This is a 1997 first edition paperback.  Some handwritten notes and spills but, overall, in good condition.
