 This is Jamie’s 4th cookbook, printed in 2002. He’s now 28, married, and with 2 daughters. This volume is organized by cooking style – such as frying, baking and broiling. The cover notes say, “it is packed with clear, no-nonsense advice and inspiration, as well as over 100 brand-new recipes from the cooking course and the restaurant.” The restaurant, Fifteen, was a new venture for him. Physically this is a larger book – more coffee table size – but the format remains the same with approachable recipes, readily available ingredients (or suggestions for substitutes for more unusual items), and beautiful photos. This is a 2002 first edition hard cover with dust jacket in very good condition.
