The book features more than 80 recipes organized by season, including classical Charleston and mountain favorites and some new scrumptious gems created by Boathouse chefs.” The photographs are great. The stories are fun. If I had some venison, I’d make the Venison Black-Eyed Pea Chili. This is an autographed 2006 first edition in very good condition.
