Grits and Chardonnay by Sharon Sanford

Ms. Sanford is a lifelong cook and caterer from South Carolina. On offer is a signed copy, previously owned, spiral-bound hardback, in very good condition. There is no copyright information, but other sources indicate it was printed around 2010. The book is described as containing simple, not overly complicated recipes, focusing on flavor. The chapter on soups is especially good; and its signature dish is Shrimp and Grits. A nice addition to a collection, particularly for modern Southern dishes.
