The editors asked chefs of golf clubs across the south, from North Carolina to Louisiana, to provide recipes for this book. It has 190 recipes from Fried Green Tomatoes and She Crab Soup, true southern favorites, to Peach Gazpacho and Sweet Potato Crusted Trout. Lots of photos of both food and the resorts. This is a 2008 first American edition with dust jacket. The book was a birthday gift, per an inscription on the first page. I don’t think the recipient ever opened the book; it’s that pristine.
