When this hardback copy was printed in 1969, the Board said it was “a practical guide to Epicurean cookery, elegant entertaining, and enjoyment of food and wine.” The recipes were furnished by California winemakers, their wives and associates. The range of recipes is wide. Should you have access to a wild boar, turn to page 22 for a recipe. Alternatively, there are easy to prepare recipes which can offer “unforgettable taste experiences.” This is the 1969 hardback. The book is in very good condition; the dust cover shows its age.
