- ULIVA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Acetaia Leonardi 5-Year 100% Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Mustard
Instructions:
For whatever amount of Vinaigrette you want, the proper ratio is two-thirds ULIVA Extra Virgin Olive Oil to one-third REALE 5-Year 100% Balsamic Vinegar. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. You may add a small amount of mustard for a stronger taste.
Drizzle over the dish or dishes of your choice.
