Potato and carrot hash with Colonna mustard oil

Ingredients for 2:

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste

Instructions:

Slice the onion and fry in Mustard oil.

Chop the potato and carrot and add to the onion when it is well browned.

Brown lightly then add a glass of water and close the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes on a low heat mixing occasionally.
