Mustard Infused EVOO is good in all types of cooking, including frying. And it is great on a simple salad. The combination of flavors is great with steaks, BBQ, and all grilled meats including hamburgers. Fish soup is great with this EVOO. It can be used as a dressing on pasta and rice dishes, as well as in the preparation of vinaigrettes, sauces, and dips.

Juniper Berry Infused EVOO can be used on a variety of dishes. Our favorite is adding it to stews and with wild game, like venison. It is wonderful on potato salad and on soups, especially those made with beans and/or lentils.
