On offer is a previously owned 1995 paperback in excellent condition. The book represents a collection of  “recipes from twenty-two noted American chefs that highlight the versatility of pinot gris and celebrate regional influences and seasonal ingredients.” There is a bio of each of the contributing chefs as well as photographs of the finished dishes. Two of my favorites are included: Susan Spicer and Alice Waters; I’ll bet you will find some favorites as well as – in 1995 – newcomers. The recipes are surprisingly straightforward.

ABOUT OUR SHOP

Most of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is from Lake Garda in Italy. Olive aren't typically grown so far north. However, the soft breezes coming from the south, across Lake Garda, get trapped by the leading edges of the Dolomite mountains and create a micro-climate. One that is ideal for growing olives!
