Then he was given six orphan calves, which he bottle fed with goat’s milk. From this has come a model of sustainable farming and a book that showcases compassionate farming and responsible land stewardship. There are 120+ color photos and 40+ recipes contributed by chefs nationwide who use Niman Ranch meat in their restaurants. This is a 2008 first printing this edition; a paperback in very good condition.
