The Pleasures of Seafood Cookbook by Rima & Richard Colin

On offer is a previously owned 1995 Galahad Books first edition of a book originally published, in part, in 1976. The book and dust jacket are in like new condition. Google Books says, “Clear, excellent recipes are organized according to methods of preparation - boiling, grilling, poaching, baking, sauteing, etc. - with ingenious pointers throughout on steps that save time, ensure final quality, or enhance convenience. Practical matters are dealt with in introductory and closing chapters, while seafood delights ….. fill the pages in between.”  Since I am the Queen of Soups, I especially like the 30 pages devoted to Soups and Chowders.
