This is a collection of recipes by Bonnie Bennett of Eagle Bay, New York. She and her husband were innkeepers on Big Moose Lake. Around 2004, she began to type up her recipes. Somehow, her time spent with the book decreased over time, and she would add a recipe or two “once in a while.” In 2015, she decided to share the collection. This is 220+ pages of recipes for food as well as getting to know the author. On offer is a 2015 first edition spiral hardback in like new condition. (previously owned)
