The author has written eight cookbooks, and was twice voted World Best Food Journalist and World Best Food Photographer at the World Food Media Awards. Four of the eight were published in 1999 as “fresh from the farmer’s market” as the four seasons. This is the summer volume. It features 30 recipes which can be combined with others in the volume. The recipes have been beautifully plated and photographed. The chapters are tomatoes, corn, eggplant, peaches and berries. As he says, they are “simple, easy, spectacular seasonal recipes. This is a 1999 first edition hardback with dust jacket.
