This 1988 first edition, pre-owned, spiral bound cookbook is in good condition inside and out. Per the Introduction, it “was conceived and developed as an appropriate way to share  with others the exciting and unusual recipes used through the years by the Saint Joseph’s  Hospital Auxiliary members, friends and sta_.” The 300+ pages have not only the standard  appetizers to desserts styling, it also includes a substantial chapter on Foods for Fitness.  This would be a nice addition to any community cookbook collection.
