When this book came out in 2016, Theiss was involved in product development and promotion with QVC. He began cooking at around age 6 and continues to do so. The book is arranged by cooking technique, that is, frying, baking, sauteed etc. He has a nice selection of soups and chilies plus the final chapter is Light & Healthy Steamed Selections. The recipes reference the use of Copper Chef cookware, which can be purchased online; but cookware you already owned should be considered as well.
