This is a pre-owned spiral bound cookbook compiled by members of the Athens Mothers’ Center in 1985. On o_er is a first printing in good condition. In addition to the usual  chapters on appetizers, soups and salads etc., this book has a section on “quick and easy,” on “natural foods,” and on “international foods.” I find it a real slice of Athens life – I mean  really: tomato lentil soup in 1985? Where else but a cookbook from a college town? Previously Owned
