This is a 1985, previously owned, hardback with dust jacket in very good condition. At the time this book was written, it was the “first cookbook to present diet food that is lavish, elegant, stylish and truly original.” It offers a selection of recipes and menus for each meal that “provide exceptional nutritional value.” The book may be 40 years old, but the concepts and recipes are relevant today.
