On offer is a pair of her books in very good condition in a slip jacket, published in 2000. Her first cookbooks were self-published. She has had a catering company – beginning with sack lunches for office workers – as well as numerous restaurants in Savannah and other southern cities. She had several programs on the Food Network. For a decade or more she was acclaimed, but her over-use of sugar and allegations of a racial slur ended her reign. These books were previously owned. The recipes are straightforward and easy to follow.
