This 2005 book is in great condition. The title says it all: “fabulous meals with 5 ingredients in 5 minutes.” Rocco admits “(a)t first I thought it could not be done: recipes made with 5 ingredients, cooked in 5 minutes.”  The recipes sometimes lean toward jars and prepared items – like pre-made mushroom soup – but, if your time to cook is limited, these are worth a try.
