The title tells it all, and the 200+ recipes are accompanied by 900+ photographs. The finished dishes are photographed as well as cooking. For a pre-owned 1992 hardback in a dust jacket, it is in surprisingly good condition. The book itself is very good, the dust jacket seems a little large. I’m stealing the recipe for prosciutto and figs……For a 30+ year old book, the recipes are quite timely and easy to follow. A nice addition to anyone’s library, from beginner to semi-pro.
