In this book, he strove to provide the public with what they asked for: super-quick, tasty, nutritious food” and could use this book every day of the week. He engaged a team of nutritionists to keep him on track in all respects, including portion sizes. Despite his disclaimers, as I looked through the food photographs, I kept asking myself, this looks too darn good to be healthy! Is it? Hope so – I’m off to cook the scallops with sun-blush mash……..This is a 2012 first edition hardback with dust jacket in very good condition.
