I can remember when the Flying Biscuit opened in Atlanta, in 1993. It’s fantastic that the Café still exists, 32 years later, and has franchised out to 30+ stores across the south. The cookbook has many of the recipes the Café is known for – biscuits, waffles, eggs – along with soups, sauces and sweets. This is the 1998 first edition.
