The Wine Appreciation Guild has served wine lovers around the world since 1973. This cookbook is the 7th printing (1988) of the 9th cookbook in their Wine Cookbook series. Over 700 people submitted recipes to the Wine Institute National Recipe Contest for consideration to be included in this book, and the winners are noted with each recipe. Chef Hébert tested and re-wrote the winning recipes to be easy to follow. One of my favorites is the Peaches and Kiwi dessert, featuring California fruit as well as a late harvest wine. Paperback in good condition.
