This 5 year old White Balsamic Vinegar is made exclusively from Trebbiano grapes and aged 5 years in oak barrels.  It has an amber color typical of White Vinegar, so will not alter the color of dishes.  However expect plenty of added flavor!  It is pleasantly fruity and mildly acidic on the palate.  White Balsamic is an obvious choice for salads of all varieties, but also a very flavorful addition to fish, all white meats, vegetables, and even cheese!  It is a best seller in France where is traditionally served over oysters!  Finally, unlike other producers, REALE Balsamic condiments are made with 100% natural products.
