On offer is a pre-owned 1992 first printing hardback in like new condition. A great addition to a collection of Southern or Georgia cookbooks; or a gift for someone with a tie to Atlanta or the Baptist church. Or, as Rev. Charles Stanley wrote in the Foreward,  “This cookbook will be a delightful addition to any woman’s kitchen.” That comment may be a little dated, but the recipes are surprisingly up to date. For example the black bean soup recipes call for the beans, not cans.  The book begins with several pages of menu suggestions and finishes with a good index. I’ll leave it to the new owner to choose favorites from the contents. Previously owned
