This 5-year Rose Balsamic Vinegar is made exclusively from Trebbiano grapes and aged 4 years in oak barrels. It has an amber color typical of White Vinegar, so it will not alter the color of dishes.  However expect plenty of added flavor! It is pleasantly fruity and mildly acidic on the palate.
